Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Iconic Fotos. Please read these terms carefully to ensure a smooth booking and enjoyable experience. 1. Booking and Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your photography session. This secures your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the session or on the day in cash. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or fail to attend the session. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Usage Rights and Copyright All photographs are provided for personal use only. You may share images on your personal social media accounts. For any commercial use, official publication, or financial gain, you must obtain written permission from Iconic Fotos. Additional licensing fees may apply. Copyright remains with Iconic Fotos unless otherwise agreed. 4. Additional Services and Expenses Payments for extra images, prints, albums, or other products must be made when ordering. Travel expenses for sessions outside central Barcelona or Mallorca must be paid in full before the session. 5. Liability Iconic Fotos is not responsible for circumstances beyond control such as weather or unforeseen events. Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate during sessions. By booking with Iconic Fotos, you agree to these terms. Thank you for trusting Iconic Fotos to capture your special moments! Clients are limited from booking less than 24 hours before the session is about to start.
